Global economic growth 4.7% in 2017

World Trade Organization (WTO) recorded global economic growth at 4.7%. This year is forecast at 4.4%. But, WTO is worried as Trump adds more tariffs on Chinese goods and China retaliates. Trump thinks he will win in a trade war.
