Topups of prepaid telephone and GST

Minister Datuk Seri Shabery says 'buy RM10, get RM10' as a formula to solve the isdue of topups on prepaid telephone cards. In a subsector worth RM15 billion, we hope that the charges for topups are fair and the service is good.
